Hopedale, IL – Register now for the Major Reid Nannen Memorial 5K Run/Walk on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in Hopedale, IL starting at 7:30am. Celebrating its 7th year, we are excited to continue this great race with a festive post-race party with snacks and beverages! The race will begin at the Hopedale Wellness Center, 222 NW Grove Street, Hopedale, IL.
Don’t wait, register now! To be a part of the 5K, that will begin at 7:30am, register now through June 12, 2023, for only $30. This will include your complimentary race t-shirt plus there are no additional fees added at checkout! If you register after June 12, 2023, the price increases to $35, and there is no shirt guarantee after June 16. From June 28 through Race Day, the price increases to $40, and you must call 309-449-4500 to register.
If you are interested in participating in the 1 Mile Walk/Run, it will begin at 8:00am. You can register online for the 1 Mile Walk/Run for $20 until June 12, 2023. This will include your complimentary race t-shirt plus there are no additional fees added at checkout! If you register after June 12, 2023, the price increases to $25, and there is no shirt guarantee after June 16. From June 28 through Race Day, the price increases to $30, and you must call 309-449-4500 to register.

The Major Reid Nannen Memorial 5K Run/Walk honors U.S. Marine Major Reid B. Nannen, a Hopedale native, who gave his life in service while training at TOPGUN NAS in Fallon, Nevada on March 1, 2014. Reid was a graduate of Olympia High School and the University of Illinois.
