Hopedale, IL – Hopedale Medical Complex (HMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Nadler, M.D., urologist, to its medical staff.  Dr. Nadler will see patients and perform surgery at Hopedale Medical Complex beginning January 31, 2022.

Dr. Nadler was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri where he completed both his residencies in general surgery and urology.  During this time, Dr. Nadler was an American Cancer Society fellow researching bladder cancer.  Dr. Nadler completed his medical degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL.

For the past 25 years, Dr. Nadler has been a part of the staff at Northwestern University in Chicago where he was a professor of urology, chief of endourology, laparoscopy and stone disease and served as vice chairman of the department.  During his time at the university, Dr. Nadler was praised for his teaching of residents and medical students.  

Dr. Nadler specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions for male and female patients of all ages.  He provides medical management and prevention of urinary stone disease, minimally invasive surgical treatment of kidney and ureteral stones, and addresses disorders of the bladder and treatments for incontinence.

Dr. Nadler currently resides in Springfield with his wife Lisa.  He is passionate about hunting and farming along with being a competitive cross country ski racer.
