Hopedale Medical Complex announced the February Employee of the month on February 20, 2015.  Laurie Phillips, a Pulmonary Therapist at HMC since 1998 was nominated by fellow HMC employees for her outstanding work at HMC over the years.  Laurie goes above and beyond her position to help in other areas of the hospital when needed.  Laurie can be found answering phones, cleaning rooms, admitting patients, and doing whatever is needed for patient needs.  She always accepts responsibility for tasks that are asked for her and does them with 100% effort.  Laurie is always on the nursing floor helping wherever she can be of assistance.  Laurie’s versatility and flexibility make her a valuable asset to HMC and she is a role model for employee excellence.
