FREE Workouts and Group Exercise for Senior Citizens
April 30, 2012

Hopedale, IL – The Hopedale Wellness Center at Hopedale Medical Complex will celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness month in May by offering FREE access for seniors.

On May 30th, the community is invited to visit the Hopedale Wellness Center and the Center will offer adult seniors (55+) FREE access to our facility. Participants will have the opportunity to take group exercise classes (ZUMBA, BODY PUMP, Core Classes, Joint Works), swim/exercise in any of our three pools, unlimited use of the cardio/weight equipment, walk or run on our inside track and use the indoor gymnasium.

“Fitness is an integral piece in overall health, and as we grow older, its even more important to stay active to stay healthy” said Melissa Mohr, Membership Coordinator. “The social aspect of fitness is also something to think about, because the daily or weekly interaction helps establish great friendships here at the wellness center.”  Members really look forward to coming here for their exercise and there are tons of activities to choose from.

National Senior & Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health promotion for older adults. Hopedale Wellness Center also wants to encourage fitness and overall wellness for the senior community for more than just a day, and to do so is offering membership promos for senior adults (55 years or older).

$20 Aquatic, Land or Walking monthly pass (adults 55+ and new participants only)

$125 3 month membership (senior adult only)
