Hopedale, Illinois-December 17, 2015- Hopedale Medical Complex is pleased to announce that HMC and its physicians were recently invited to join the NEW Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Illinois Blue Choice Preferred Plan which will be effective January 1, 2016.

Hopedale Hospital and its physicians are all now in network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois plans with the exception of HMO plans. We are pleased to be able to continue to serve you with their outstanding Blue Cross Blue Shield products.
